East VS West はい、こんばんわ。 今日は”どん兵衛”について 関西と関東ではどん兵衛の味が違う。 関東は鰹出汁 関西は鰹＆昆布出汁 どん兵衛のそばとうどん両方比較しました。 仕事中に・・・。（笑） どん兵衛関西版はうちのバイト君が神戸に帰ったときに お土産で買ってきてくれた。 パッケージはほとんど一緒だけど、端っこに 関東は（E） 関西は（W） と書いてあり、 関東の出汁は色も味も濃い。甘い。 関西の出汁は出汁が上品でおいしい。飽きない。 きつねうどんの油揚げは関西の方が薄い。 関東は肉厚。 たぬきそばは掻き揚げはほぼ一緒。 気持ち、関西の方が色鮮やか・・・。たぶん関係ない。 最終ジャッジ。 断然関西の方がうまい。 コレ食べたら、もう関東版は食べれません。 是非、お試しを。 |
